NAI Hunneman has brokered an 8,136 s/f, five-year office lease at 7 Bulfinch Place.
Christian Gotfredson, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, WHDH TV, Inc., Boston's National Broadcast Company (NBC) affiliate.
Ted Wheatley of The Staubach Company represented the tenant, WorldCare International Inc., a provider of innovative medical advisory services to consumers through financial institutions, employers and affinity programs.
