Gotfredson of NAI Hunneman brokers 8,136 s/f lease for landlord - WHDH TV
NAI Hunneman has brokered an 8,136 s/f, five-year office lease at 7 Bulfinch Place.
Christian Gotfredson, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, WHDH TV, Inc., Boston's National Broadcast Company (NBC) affiliate.
Ted Wheatley of The Staubach Company represented the tenant, WorldCare International Inc., a provider of innovative medical advisory services to consumers through financial institutions, employers and affinity programs.
"Our client is excited with this deal as the neighborhood remains in high demand and attracts great tenants," said Gotfredson.
7 Bulfinch Place is an 85,000 s/f office building located in the North Station/Government Center section of Downtown Boston.
