Gordon of Levey Miller Maretz brokers two leases totaling 3,000 s/f
Levey Miller Maretz has signed two leases on North Colony St. (Rte. 5). Musical Adventures, LLC has leased 1,500 s/f at 321 North Colony St. from the owner, Milford Bank. Michael Gordon of Levey Miller Maretz is the listing and managing broker for the property. Musical Adventures was represented by Kathy Thuerling of Weichert Realtors, Quinnipiac Properties.
Also, Performance Combat has leased 1,500 s/f from Mismas Family Partnership in the L&S Plaza, 220 North Colony St. Gordon represented the landlord, and Brita Mcgee of Colonial Properties represented the tenant.
Levey Miller Maretz has several other spaces available along Rte. 5 in Wallingford, from 800 s/f to 3,000 s/f.
