Gordon, Meyer and Schwartz of LMM negotiate four leases

Noah Meyer, Michael Gordon and Ed Schwartz, agents for Levey Miller Maretz LLC, Woodbridge, recently placed tenants into 30 Hazel Terrace, a three story office building. Arnold Goldberg & Sons Electric leased Suite 8 for two years, commencing January 1st. They provide electrical services for home and businesses throughout the Greater New Haven area. ATKS Ventures, LLC leased Suite 6 for two years, commencing November 1, 2008. Vicky's Custom Design leased Suite 2 for two years, commencing January 1st. A seamstress with a large following, Vicky will concentrate on design and fittings, rather than sales of gowns and dresses. Her customers will continue to see the expert tailoring Vicky is famous for at the new location. The Neuron Group leased Suites 5 & 9 for one year commencing September 1, 2008. The design and maintenance of websites is their forté. In business for a few years, The Neuron Group will provide website support for all types of clientele.
