“The opportunity to obtain an asset at an attractive basis and fully leased is rare in this market,” said Goldberg. “The property boasts many appealing components for its size on the North Shore.”

Additionally, the building comes with 18-car off-street parking, and all units are de-leaded, separately metered.

Using his value-driven and efficient approach to property management, Goldberg plans to make various improvements to the building over the next several months.

Brian Dapice of the Mega Group was the broker for the transaction.

Jay Goldberg is a principal at Goldberg Properties Management, Inc. He owns and manages residential and commercial property in New England.
