Tanya Uhelski, the owner of What's Old is New decided the current economy presented the perfect opportunity to open her store after 14 years in the corporate world of AT&T. Uhelski entered into a lease with Pete Parente, Ken Kreiger and Dave Kinney, the principals of PKD, LLC for approximately 1,300 s/f at the Amity Road Plaza.
