Godino & Co. Inc. has been awarded the leasing assignment for Chapel Business Center. Tim Coyle and Tom Godino Sr. will be marketing the building on behalf of Fairlane Properties. Chapel Business Center at 59-83 Chapel St. has over 40,000 s/f of office and R&D space available.
