Godin of Matthews Commercial Props. completes 49,536 s/f lease
Ed Godin Jr., SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties represented both parties in the long term lease of 49,536 s/f at Roundhouse Industrial Park located at 567 South Leonard St. The tenant is DSA Encore based in Brookfield. DSA Encore is a leader of data equipping centers, engineering solutions and remanufacturer of equipment. This facility is a relocation and expansion of their warehousing and a portion of their remanufacturing operation.
The Roundhouse Industrial Park is a 150,000 s/f business park owned and managed by Benerofe Properties.
