Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties brokers $460,000 sale of 2-acre site
Ed Godin Jr. SIOR, a partner at Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently represented the seller in the sale of a two-acre parcel of industrial zoned land at 496 River Rd. The property which sold for $460,000 is located in a mixed-use area which could be utilized for industrial or commercial.
The buyer was a Derby-based investor that purchased the property for future development. The seller was JRD Properties LLC of Waterbury which was represented by attorney Thomas Dufour of New Haven.
