Godin of Matthews Commercial completes two leases totaling 27,500 s/f

Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Waterbury-based Matthews Commercial Properties, has represented the landlord, ANTAR LLC, in the long-term lease of a 13,500 s/f building on 5 acres at 2 Alliance Circle. The facility is located just off of Rte. 8 highway in the Pinesbridge Industrial Park. The new tenant, United Rentals, a large equipment rental company will be utilizing the facility for a regional rental center and maintenance facility. In another transaction, Godin Jr. represented the landlord, Two Morand Associates LLC, in the long-term lease of a 14,000 s/f portion of a larger building at 1495 Thomaston Ave. in Waterbury. The new tenant, Bobken Automatics, manufactures precision screw machine products and is relocating and expanding their operation from a neighboring town.
