Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers two sales totaling $2.825 million
Brian Godin, broker at Matthews Commercial represented both parties in the $2 million sale of 77.94 acres on East Johnson Ave. The property was purchased by CK Greenhouses and will serve to handle their growth.
And in Bristol, Godin represented both parties with the sale of the business and property at 155 Pine St. Sno-White Car Wash was purchased by Alexian LLC, who are intending to update and continue to serve its customer base.
