Metallon Inc. based in Thomaston has leased 11,250 s/f at 2120 Thomaston Ave. for additional manufacturing space to accommodate their continued growth. Life's Abundance, a Florida based specialty pet food supplier, has leased 10,050 s/f of warehouse space at 61 Mattatuck Heights for their Northeast distribution center.
