Godin of Matthews Commercial brokers 16,150 s/f lease in Waterbury
Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently represented both parties in the leasing of a 16,150 s/f portion of the Roundhouse Industrial Park at 567-3 S. Leonard St.
The business park is located just off of Rte. 8 near the interchange with I-84 offering excellent statewide access. The property is owned and managed by Benerofe Properties who has numerous holdings in Conn. and N.Y.
The new tenant, Aerial Lighting and Electric, Inc. of Naugatuck, is a full service electrical contractor specializing in high-end residential developments. They will be utilizing the facility for storage and expansion of their operations.
