Godin of Godin Property Brokers completes two sales - $1.497 million

Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers represented all parties in the $572,500 sale of a 6,200 s/f manufacturing facility on 3.3 acres at 81 Silvermine Rd. The facility is well located in the Silvermine Industrial Park with good access to Rte. 8 Highway. The new buyer, Larry Janesky, will utilize the property for their continued expansion of his business, Basement Systems. The seller was J & L Realty. In another transaction Godin Jr. represented all parties in the $925,000 sale of a 22,000 s/f manufacturing and warehouse facility on 2 acres at 208 Christian St. in Oxford. The modern facility is well located in the Oxford Industrial Park near Oxford/Waterbury Airport with good access to -84 and Rte. 8 Highway. The new buyer, Executive Aircraft Interiors, is relocating and expanded from their current Oxford location and will be utilizing the facility for their corporate headquarters and fabrication operation. Executive Aircraft Interiors is a high end custom refinisher of aircraft interiors. The seller was CKS Realty LLC a local property owner and former occupant.
