Neil Godfrey of Simons REG brokered two office leases at Towncenter, located at 29 South Main St.
Horton International, an executive recruiting firm, will relocate to the building and occupy 3,200 s/f of office space. In addition, the law firm of Bonee & Weintraub, LLC will also move to the building and occupy 2,471s/f of office space.
Godfrey was the sole broker in both transactions.
Towncenter is a 185,000 s/f mixed use building with an attached parking garage.
