Glickman Kovago & Co. brokers $600,000 sale of 9,200 s/f building
Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered the sale of the former True Value Hardware Store located at 548 Park Ave. The 9,200 s/f building that sits on 30,939 s/f of land was owned by the Estate of Paul Poirier and sold to 540 Park Ave, LLC for $600,000.
David and Carl Burwick of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale of the property.
Glickman Kovago & Co. also brokered a lease at 548 Park Ave. Integral Resources Inc. has leased 4,600 s/f of space from 540 Park Ave, LLC. Integral Resources, Inc. will be operating a call center out of this new location employing 100-150 people.
