Todd Glaskin of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT (CBC NRT) sold the 26,000 s/f four-story office building at 1842 Beacon St. to David Zussman of the Boston Development Group for $7.5 million.
This 1970s brick building is between Coolidge Corner and Cleveland Circle and on the MBTA Green Line. Situated on over 1/2 acre of land, the building has 20 garage parking spaces plus 60 additional outdoor spaces on adjacent land.
The building has a strong rental history and was fully rented at the time of the sale.
Glaskin, the sole broker, said that this is one of the first condominiumizations in Brookline in many years.
