Giuttari of MG Commercial and Malka of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank broker $4.5 million sale

Cranston, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR of MG Commercial Real Estate and Josh Malka of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank-NY, completed the sale of a 250,000 s/f facility on 19.5 acres at 2000 Plainfield Pike for $4.5 million. The property was sold to Berkeley Acquisitions primarily for the use of Dean Warehouse Services, with the potential of additional space being available to third party warehousing requirements.  The building is located at exit 4 off of I-295, with a 4-way light at the entrance to the facility.

Giuttari, president of MG Commercial, represented Berkeley Acquisitions. Malka, a director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank-NY represented the seller, an investment group out of Manhattan.
