Giuttari and Paskalis of MG Commercial complete 112,000 s/f lease

Mike Giuttari, SIOR and George Paskalis, SIOR of MG Commercial completed the leasing of 112,000 s/f at 100 Higginson Ave., to VPI Packaging Services. VPI leased a portion of the 475,000 s/f building in an expansion to their existing locations. 100 Higginson Ave. is a single story, manufacturing and distribution facility located on 30 acres. It offers multiple loading and grade level access points around the facility. The property has been leased to one tenant for the last 13 years and is now in transition to a multi-tenant facility. VPI is the first new tenant coming in with 4-5 additional tenants in queue. The landlord, Abrava Way from Miami, FL, is in the process retrofitting the property for its next generation of use as a multi-tenant building. VPI provides services including warehousing, distribution, light assembly and packaging for regional, national and international companies.
