Gill and Stressenger of Sea Watch Realty broker $1.375 million sale

On March 25 the closing was held for the Sea Watch Realty, Inc. sale of the 14,810 s/f one-story office building located at 495 Station Ave. The office building had been the home of the local TD Bank Wealth Management Group and sold for $1.375. Jim Gill and Steve Stressenger of Sea Watch Realty brokered the transaction between the seller, TD Bank, N.A. and the buyer, Dr. Warren Woods. Dr. Woods will extensively renovate the building and intends to occupy about 4,000 s/f of the building for his own use. Sea Watch Realty is a commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial and investment properties in Southeastern Mass. Offices are located in Falmouth, Hyannis, Plymouth and Marion.
