Gilkie of R.W. Holmes negotiates three leases totaling 14,404 s/f

Bedford, MA R.W. Holmes, negotiated three leases, totaling 14,404 s/f at 175 Middlesex Tpke. In all three transactions, David Gilkie, senior vice president at R.W. Holmes, represented the landlord, ConRes. In addition to being headquartered in the building, ConRes, an IT solutions provider, hired R.W. Holmes as the exclusive leasing agent for 175 Middlesex Tpke.

175 Middlesex Turnpike - Bedford, MA

Photonic Systems Inc., a provider of innovative RF and photonic solutions, leased 7,108 s/f.

CoMap, which provides curriculum resources and professional development programs for educators and students, leased 4,776 s/f.

Premier Capital, LLC, which specializes in acquiring, financing, managing, and liquidating middle market real estate, debt, and equity instruments, leased 2,520 s/f.

“Considering the demand for small to mid-size office and laboratory spaces in Bedford and the surrounding Rte. 128 market, we were pleased for all parties involved to put these deals together,” said Gilkie. “Thanks to 175 Middlesex’s convenient location, a full-service cafeteria, ample parking, and charging station for electric vehicles, we know our tenants will enjoy their new spaces.”
