Peabody, MA R.W. Holmes has negotiated a lease for 17,801 s/f of office space at 9 Centennial Dr.

David Gilkie, senior vice president at R.W. Holmes, represented the property owner, B&H Peabody Property, LLC, and procured Regus-IWG as a tenant. Located in Centennial Park, 9 Centennial Dr. is 74,801 s/f of office, lab, and R&D space.

Headquartered in Switzerland, Regus-IWG workspace solutions for businesses are in every continent and every time zone to provide their employees with flexibility and freedom at work.

“Regus-IWG will use the space for co-working office space, which is underserved in this submarket.  This tenant has a well-developed system with over 3,300 locations in 120+ countries,” said Gilkie. “Easy access just off the highway and a short distance to a wide variety of amenities including food, hotels, and a regional mall make this location ideal for Regus-IWG and its co-working members.”
