NAI Hunneman has brokered a new 13,853 s/f lease at 377 Ballardvale St. on behalf of L.J. Smith Inc.
NAI Hunneman senior vice president David Gilkie represented the tenant, L.J. Smith, in the transaction, while property owner, Howland Development, negotiated the deal with in-house representation.
L.J. Smith is an Ohio-based designer of custom stair systems, parts and tools. The company has been in business for more than 125 years.
"We are pleased to help L.J. Smith find a location that allows them the facilities that best serves their operations," said Gilkie.
377 Ballardvale St. is a 48,000 s/f industrial/warehouse building. The single-story structure features 24-foot ceiling heights and six loading docks.
