Gifford of Perry Brokerage handles 6,318 s/f lease at 1050 Hingham St.

Rockland, MA According to A.W. Perry, New York Life, a leading provider of retirement, insurance and investment services, has moved into their newly built-out, 6,318 s/f office space at 1050 Hingham St. This new home on the South Shore will meet New York Life’s growing customer base in this area. Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented A.W. Perry, and Nicole Tiger and Sean Lynch of JLL represented New York Life.
