Gibbons of ABG Commercial brokers $6.4 million sale of 25,000 s/f building

Natick, MA ABG Commercial has orchestrated the sale of 197 West Central St. ABG represented the buyer, Empire Management. The property sold for $6.4 million.

The transaction, facilitated by agent Bernard Gibbons, consisted of a three-acre parcel improved by a 25,000 s/f industrial building. The property will potentially be repurposed for automotive related uses.
