GHP Office Realty completes $500,000 renovation and signs leases

GHP Office Realty has completed a $500,000 building-wide renovation at 83 East Ave., turning it into a first class multi-tenanted medical office building. The capital project included repainting the façade, new landscaping and redesigning both building entrances, new awnings, new elevators and newly renovated common lobbies, hallways and bathrooms. In addition, several of the vacant spaces have been newly built out and are in turnkey condition. The property is 40,000 s/f on 3 floors and offers onsite parking. The building is in an ideal location close to Norwalk Hospital, Metro North Railroad, exit 16 on I-95 and Rte. 7. The renovation has enticed current tenants to renew or expand in attracting new tenants to the property. Brendan Hickey, of GHP Office Realty, represented the owner in a new lease with Intergroup Association of FAI and renewals with Executive House Haircutting and the medical practice of Overland, French and Resnick. Bryan Houlihan, of GHP Office Realty, represented the owner in the renewal and expansion of Fairfield Health Services, which specializes in at-home health care. Kelly Houlihan, of GHP Office Realty, represented the owner in the renewal of a marketing company, Van Pearl Associates.
