Geenty of The Geenty Group, Realtors arranges 12,000 s/f at 4 Business Park Rd.

Kevin Geenty, SIOR, vice president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the lease of 12,000 s/f at 4 Business Park Rd., a free-standing masonry office building in The Old Saybrook Business Park to Infiltrator Systems, Inc. Infiltrator Systems plans to use the building for their corporate headquarters. The building is undergoing full renovations including full replacement of all HVAC units prior to Infiltrator Systems' occupancy in the 4th quarter of this year. Geenty was the sole agent in this transaction. Peter Sorokin of Rogin Nassau represented the tenant. Raymond Madorin of Farmington represented the landlord, Mill Meadow Development, LLC. Infiltrator Systems manufactures fiberglass and plastic infiltrator systems for septic and storm water applications. They manufacture at several plants in the south. Norma Burns is the vice president at the corporate headquarters.
