Geenty of The Geenty Group completed the sale of two buildings on 1.5 acres for $543,000

802-804 East Main Street - Branford, CT

Branford, CT Kristin Geenty, SIOR, of The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the sale of two buildings on 1.5 acres at 802-804 East Main St. The buyers are David and Lai Chew. David Chew is the principal of CPI Computer, Inc. providing networking and IT services since 1995. CPI Computer will relocate to 802-804 East Main with its custom engraving sister business. The buyer will continue to operate the property as an investment with his new business home. 

The seller is Double N Farm, LLC. The sale price was $543,000. 

Geenty SIOR was the agent for the seller. Phil Carloni of ReMax Alliance was the agent for the buyer. Attorney James Walsh of Lasala Walsh Wicklow & Velardi in New Haven was the attorney for the seller. Attorney Robert Harrington of Branford represented the buyer.
