Geenty Group leases 1,900 s/f to K' Dee Chastain in Westbrook

K' Dee Chastain of Chester has leased 1,900 s/f of retail space at 1285 Boston Post Rd. Steve Cortese of The Geenty Group, Realtors represented the tenant while Kristin Geenty, SIOR, also of The Geenty Group, Realtors, represented the landlord, Valerie Pettis of Madison. K' Dee Chastain is a photographer who specializes in model portfolio development, glamour, artistic and creative photography. The studio also features a formal retail boutique with attire that can be purchased by the general public or rented for photo shoots. K' Dee plans to open her doors on Oct. 1. Integrated Systems, LLC of Northford has leased 800 s/f at 11 Sycamore Way, Branford. Integrated Systems, LLC will be using the space for general office use and storage of communication equipment.
