Geenty Group brokers three transactions totaling 11,997 s/f

Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors brokered the sale of 560 Durham Rd. for $262,500. The 5,000 s/f building was formerly a VNA office. The seller is The Hospital of St. Raphael Health Care System. The buyer is Joyner & Joyner, LLC. Kimberly Joyner will use the building for a child daycare center called Learning Tree. Stratton represented the seller and Neile Parisi of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Branford represented the buyer. Christian Edmonds, P.C. represented the buyer, and Meghan Hayden of Levett Rockwood P.C. represented the seller. In another transactiobn, Kevin Geenty, SIOR, vice president at The Geenty Group, Realtors has leased 4,643 s/f of office and design space at 20 Research Pkwy., Old Saybrook, a 20,000 s/f multi-tenanted building in the Old Saybrook Business Park. Other tenants in the building include General Electric and MedOptions, Inc. The tenant is Dimensional Communications, Inc. d/b/a 3D Paper Graphics which designs and produces specialty graphics used in product marketing. Christopher Crowell is the CEO and Ken Dixon is president. Joe Klim is partner. Geenty was the sole agent in this transaction. The Geenty Group, Realtors also sold a 2,354 s/f commercial condominium unit at 65-6 North Branford Rd., Branford, in the Millbrook Business Condominium complex on Rte. 139. The buyer is Milica Sekerovic, who with her husband operates a flood, fire, and disaster repair business. The purchase price was $140,000. The seller is Millbrook LP. Kevin Geenty, SIOR and Kristin Geenty, SIOR were the sole agents in this transaction. Attorney Bill Nathanson of Hamden represented the seller, and Attorney Dawn Pearson of Branford represented the buyer.
