Geenty Group brokers 3 leases totaling 8,398 s/f

Berek Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a United Financial Services, represented by Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors of Branford and Robert Tillsley, SIOR of McBride National Services of New Jersey, has signed a long term lease of 1,798 s/f at 709 Campbell Ave., West Haven. The lessor, York Business Center, LLC, was represented by Mark Glassman of Arnold Peck's Commercial World of Milford. United Financial Services Group is a national company headquartered in Philadelphia with franchisees throughout the United States offering check cashing and other financial services to the public. In another transaction, Coastal Mechanical Systems, LLC of Centerbrook leased 6,000 s/f of a 24,000 s/f building at 35 Industrial Park Rd., Centerbrook. Coastal Mechanical Systems, LLC will be using the space for HVAC duct manufacturing and distribution. Bill Clark of The Geenty Group, Realtors represented both the landlord, Carroll Properties, LLC, and the tenant. Still available for lease at the same site is one more 6,000 s/f industrial unit. The Geenty Group Realtors also leased a 3 room office suite totaling 600 s/f at 189 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 154), Chester. The listing agent is Kristin Geenty, SIOR who represented the landlord, Pettis Properties, LLC, while the tenant, Pondview Construction, Inc., was represented by Kevin Geenty, SIOR. Pondview Construction, Inc. will use the space as a field office while the Rte.154 bridge over the Pattaconk River is being replaced.
