Garment Machinery Co. offers new laundromat commercial broker program

Garment Machinery Company, Inc. is one of New England's oldest commercial laundry distributors, selling and servicing commercial laundry machinery since 1940. According to Justin Oriel, president, "The company currently searching for new locations and has started a laundromat-commercial broker program. Garment Machinery Co. will pay a finders fee to any broker that helps find us a suitable location for a laundromat to go into. If our client signs the lease or purchases the building and puts a laundromat in there, we will pay this broker a finder's fee.
