Gardner of DMG Brokerage handles $1.925 million sale of 101-105 Depot St. - on behalf of the buyer, A&Z Depot Street LLC

101-105 Depot Street - S. Easton, MA

South Easton, MA DMG Brokerage has completed the sale of 101-105 Depot St. This was an off market sale and DMG represented the buyer, A&Z Depot Street LLC, the sale price was $1.925 million. 

The buyer came to DMG and requested an off market property search, a prospecting campaign followed and in less than six months an off market sale was completed. The property is formerly known as Wash N Depot and is now under new management. The facility will reopen as Fresh AutoWash. 

Dan Gardner of DMG Brokerage, who handled the transaction from start to finish, said, “The buyer had a lot of experience in the car wash business and had a firm understanding of off market opportunities. This transaction was very unique in that it was procured through our proprietary CRM software that enabled us to line up the buyer and seller. It was a win/win for both parties.”
