Gamache and Stressenger of Kinlin Grover Commercial broker sale of 397 Palmer Avenue
George Gamache and Steve Stressenger of Kinlin Grover Commercial have brokered the sale 397 Palmer Ave, a former TD Bank building, for an undisclosed price. The property was sold by Kinlin Grover in collaboration with the CBRE-TD Account team on April 3.
The buyer was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, and plans to renovate and open the facility in the late Spring.
