Galvin of Pearce Real Estate brokers $1.8 million building sale

Guilford, CT Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS, senior commercial associate at Pearce Real Estate in the North Haven office, brokered the sale of 405 Church St. The property is a 13,440 s/f office building, that sold for $1.8 million. 

Galvin represented the seller, 405 Church Street Associates, LLC, and also represented the buyers, Sherman Parkway, LLC and Farmington Properties LLC. The property was purchased as an investment.

In addition, John Bergin and Rich Lombardo, both of the Pearce Commercial office in Milford, completed the long-term lease transaction for 190 Buckingham Ave. in Milford. 

Bergin and Lombardo represented the landlord, Ambergris LLC, and the tenant, Butzi Gear LLC, in leasing the 2,500 s/f facility. Butzi Gear is a performance, tuning, styling and detailing company that works on Porsche and exotics.
