Galvin of Pearce leases 3,100 s/f to New Haven Ballet
According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and senior commercial associate in the North Haven office, has completed a five-year lease. The 3,100 s/f of flex space is located at 9 Business Park Dr. and is leased to New Haven Ballet, which will use the facility for rehearsal and training purposes. Galvin represented the owner/landlord, Bernabucci Real Estate Company, Inc., an LLC which owns and manages real estate properties.
"Joel is a true Pearce pro and an asset to our commercial business," said Pearce. "He consistently is professional and hard-working, and in this instance, has played a part in expanding the presence of arts in the Greater New Haven area."
