Galvani of SVN | Parsons Comm’l. Group brokers $7.8 million sale

Ashland, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm and part of the SVN brand, completed the sale of 200 Homer Ave. This property was bought for investment purposes by WD Homer LLC from NEREEF Ashland LLC for $7.8 million. Victor Galvani of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group represented the seller and buyer in this transaction.
