NAI Hunneman's leasing & advisory service team completed a 32,790 s/f lease transaction with WiTricity Corp. for the first and second floors at 51-57 Water St. The company is relocating from Grove St. as soon as renovations are complete.
NAI Hunneman executive vice president & principal Evan Gallagher along with vice president Ben Sutton represented landlord Boston Development Group while Transwestern RBJ represented the tenant.
