Gallagher and Boudrot of NAI Hunneman handle Rentgrow's 8,936 s/f lease

NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market, today announced it has brokered a 8,936 s/f, five-year office lease at 307 Waverley Oaks Rd. Evan Gallagher, associate, and James Boudrot, senior vice president, both of NAI Hunneman, represented the tenant, Rentgrow, a provider of resident screening solutions for the conventional and multi-housing industries. Bob Duffy Jr. of Duffy Associates represented the landlord, Duffy Associate. "This class A property provided our client with all of their desired amenities as well as a fitting location for their growing business, as it nearly doubles the size of their previous space," said Gallagher.
