Gagnon of Colliers sells 55,547 s/f to JMM Properties for $6.89 million
1344 Silas Deane Highway, Rocky Hill, a 55,547 s/f class B office building and retail pad site has sold for $6.89 million.
1344, a.k.a. "The Meadows" office building and the adjacent ground lease was sold to JMM Properties, LLC based in Hamden. This was a strategic acquisition to add to JMM Properties, LLC's expanding portfolio of office space south of Hartford.
Phil Gagnon, SIOR of Colliers International provided brokerage services for the seller, DF Group LLC and procured the buyer.
