Cleary Millwork Inc. has renewed its 115,000 s/f lease at 235 Dividend Rd. Philip Gagnon, SIOR of Colliers Dow and Condon represented Cleary in the site selection process. Cleary had considered several other locations in the Hartford area but ultimately concluded Rocky Hill offered the most flexibility. Cleary distributes and manufactures building products for the home building industry. Cleary affiliates also operate a distribution hub in Fort Meyers, Fla.
