Fulcrum to renovate site for Southern N.H. Health System

Fulcrum Associates is set to begin renovation of the former Newick's Seafood Restaurant on Daniel Webster Highway in for Southern New Hampshire Health System. Southern New Hampshire Health System purchased the property in September to establish a bigger presence in an undeserved area; the renovated facility will house internal medicine physicians, family practice doctors, pediatricians, OBGYN and specialists. In addition the facility will provide x-ray services, a lab and adult physical therapy services. Fulcrum partnered with Dennis Mires The Architects P.A. of Manchester for the project, site engineering was prepared by Hayner & Swanson of Nashua. Target completion for the project is November.
