Freudenheim Ptrs. relocates Ara Ptrs. to 15,478 s/f at 200 Berkeley

Boston, MA Freudenheim Partners has facilitated a new lease for their client, Ara Partners, relocating from a sublease at 222 Berkeley St. to the 26th floor at 200 Berkeley St. The private equity firm, which specializes in industrial decarbonization, will now lease 15,478 s/f at 200 Berkeley in the city’s Back Bay neighborhood.

Ellie Cullinan and Chris Rogers represented the tenant, Ara Partners, while Roger Breslin and Brad McGill of JLL represented the landlord in the transaction.

“Ara Partners is growing rapidly and continues to have tremendous success recruiting top talent” said Cullinan, executive vice president of Freudenheim Partners.“

“And the opportunity to lease the top floor of the Berkeley building, what people fondly remember as the iconic ‘Old John Hancock Building’ was not lost on our client,” said Rogers, executive vice president at Freudenheim Partners. “Ara Partners is taking full advantage of the views and the stable ownership of the building.”
