Freudenheim Partners facilitates $1.45 million purchase of location for Bodhi Spa

Norwood, MA Freudenheim Partners’ client Bodhi Spa has purchased 10 Cottage St. for $1.45 million ($165 per s/f). The 8,770 s/f office building will be the spas’ third location. The spa also operates additional locations in Providence and Newport, R.I.

Ellie Cullinan negotiated the purchase of the building on behalf of the buyer, Bodhi Spa, while Brendan Coan of Paramount Partners LLC, represented the seller.

“The Bodhi Spa takes relaxation and restoration to the next level,” said Cullinan. “Owners Harmony and Cedar were incredible to work with and have such passion for their business. Can’t wait to see them thrive in Boston!”

“The Bodhi Spa is a hydrotherapy day spa with a focus on whole body health and wellness. We offer our guests the restorative experience of taking the waters through the ancient tradition of a thermal bath circuit,” said Harmony Oschefski, founder of The Bodhi Spa. “In addition, we offer a full menu of services including massage therapy, facials and body treatments. We look forward to expanding our wellness offerings to the community in 2024.”
