Freid and Meixner of Boston Realty Advisors handles 15,648 s/f lease
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center's Affiliated Physicians Group (APG) signed a 15,648 s/f lease at the former Compass Medical Building located at 312 Bedford St.
Jeremy Freid and Adam Meixner of Boston Realty Advisors represented the tenant and Peter Fitzgerald of Donahue Associates represented the landlord Donjim Realty Trust. The APG has been pro actively seeking strong clinical linkages with cities South of Boston.
Boston Realty Advisors Office Division specializes in assisting tenant representation, landlord representation and corporate advisory services. In the tenant representation capacity, they assist office and medical tenants in many areas.
