Keller Williams Commercial brokered the sale of 26 acre 100 year old Londonderry farm at 62 Perkins Rd. Ronald Fredette of Keller Williams represented the buyer Wallace Farm LLC. David Grappone and Jeff Meade, both of Keller Williams, represented the sellers Alfred, Henry and Harold Wallace.
The property has been permitted and approved for 240 one and two-bedroom mixed use work force and residential apartments.
According to public record at the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds the property sold for $1.62 million and closed on July 15.
