Fradkoff of Angel Commercial leases 8,400 s/f at 900 Chapel Street

New Haven, CT Lester Fradkoff, senior vice president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the long-term lease of 8,400 s/f of office space located at 900 Chapel St.  The space was leased by Connecticut Fund for the Environment, who moved their headquarters from Temple St. to 900 Chapel St.

Connecticut Fund for the Environment and its bi-state program, Save the Sound, work to protect and improve the land, air, and water of Connecticut and Long Island Sound.

“Connecticut Fund for the Environment required larger office space to accommodate their recent expansion,” said Fradkoff.  “900 Chapel St. had the office space they needed in the right location. Fradkoff represented the tenant and John Keogh from Colliers International represented the landlord.
