Foxrock Properties names The Conrad Group leasing agent for 97 Libbey Parkway

Foxrock Properties has appointed The Conrad Group, Inc. as its exclusive lease agent for 97 Libbey Parkway. The firm recently purchased the 92,500 s/f office building and plans to re-position the property for medical office space. Due to its proximity to Rte. 3, and the South Shore Hospital, Libbey Park has attracted many medical users in the past decade. Included in this tenant roster are Atrius Healthcare, South Shore Medical, South Shore Hospital, South Coast Dermatology, South Shore Women's Health, Granite Medical and Brigham & Women's Hospital. According to Robert Conrad, president of Conrad, "97 Libbey Parkway is unique in that it's of the highest quality and it boasts a parking ratio in excess of 5 spaces/1,000 s/f which is no doubt one of the most important factors for medical users. Coupled with Foxrock's unparalleled experience in the medical office arena on the South Shore, the prospects for 97 Libbey are excellent."
