Fox of Compass brokers $1.795 million sale in Providence

Providence, RI Compass has completed the sale of 44 Stimson Ave. on the East Side of the city for $1.795 million. Kevin Fox, a founding agent of Compass’ local office, represented the buyer in this transaction. 

Located on the East Side, this historic home features seven bedrooms and five full and two half bathrooms across 8,000 s/f. The home has been maintained, preserving the original millwork, carved moldings, and hardwood floors throughout. 

In 2023, Fox ranked as the #2 individual agent on the East Side by transaction count. With over $41 million in closed sales volume, Fox ranked among the top six individual agents statewide. 

As a brokerage, Compass reported a strong performance in Providence in 2023, having participated in the top two single family home sales, the top two condo sales, and the top vacant land sale in the Capital City.
