Fortunato Construction Group appointed as a Butler Builder

Fortunato Construction Group has been appointed as a Butler Builder by the Butler Manufacturing Co. Fortunato has been providing construction management and general contracting services for more than two decades and will now add Butler Buildings to the products and services offered. Butler Mfg., with headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, is the world leader for the non-residential construction industry in design, manufacturing and marketing of building systems and components. "By aligning ourselves with Butler Manufacturing we have the ability to provide the best pre-engineered building products available for those customers in that market segment," said Vincent Fortunato P.E., president of Fortunato Const. This quality of the Butler line of products is unsurpassed, and the brand name is so dominant that many people outside the industry often regard the name Butler as the generic term for pre-engineered buildings. Fortunato was recently awarded a 25,000 s/f facility for MARC, Inc. of Manchester, Conn. to assist this not-for-profit agency in supporting people with disabilities. Fortunato Const. has served clients throughout New England and the metro-New York/New Jersey areas and continues to expand their service area. The firm has completed projects that have included luxury skyboxes for Fenway Park, medical and healthcare facilities, national retail stores and restaurants, educational facilities, corporate office buildings, industrial buildings, churches and many other diversified construction projects. Fortunato Const. has a proven track record of experience and expertise necessary to execute complicated projects for virtually any industry. For more than 100 years, Butler Builders have been offering a wide selection of quality products to fit their customers' needs. These include products for the low-slope pre-engineered market, multi-story market, and the retrofit roof market. Butler remains the only manufacturer in the industry with its own research and testing center. This constant testing and development of new products assures the quality and integrity of all of Butler's products. Butler Mfg. was acquired by BlueScope Steel Limited in 2004. Through acquisition and organic growth, Bluescope Steel has become the largest metal building manufacturer in the world. BlueScope is the leading steel producer in Australia and New Zealand, supplying a large proportion of the flat steel products sold in these markets. The company has a network of steel products and rollforming facilities across the Asia Pacific region unmatched by any other steel company.
