Boston, MA Fort Point Project Management has promoted Brittany Fenton to senior project manager, and Christina Arlin and Claire Kern to team leaders.

“This strong group of women continue to propel our firm forward and have a track record of exceptional client service,” said co-founder Christine Mosholder. “With team leaders like Brittany, Christina, and Claire, we have bolstered our day-to-day operations and are better suited to advocate for our clients and drive each project forward.” 

As team leaders, these staff members provide management oversight and advocacy for their direct reports including career development, resource alignment, and time and budget management.  

Brittany Fenton, Senior Project Manager, Team Leader
With more than eight years of experience, Brittany has led a variety of projects over her career and has recently been focused on the life science & biotech market. Her stellar track record for managing projects on schedule and on budget, combined with her exceptional communications and leadership skills, has led to her growth with the firm. Currently providing project management services for life science clients, Brittany has also successfully managed construction projects as the owner’s projects manager. Brittany earned both a Master and Bachelor degree in facility planning and project management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. 

Christina Arlin, Project Manager, Team Leader
Christina has more than seven years of experience in facilities and project management, and is currently focused on healthcare and life science projects. Serving as the leader of the firm’s internal Trends and Analytics Committee, Christina is at the forefront of new technologies and project and facility management trends. Leveraging her knowledge of various CAFM systems, she has supported clients by customizing their CAFM system to improve their data and reporting functionality. Christina earned a Bachelor’s degree in facility planning and project management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. 

Claire Kern, Project Manager, Team Leader
Since joining Fort Point Project Management, Claire’s built on her 5+ years of experience leading OPM and Relocation projects for academic and corporate clients. Her leadership, communications, and attention to detail have helped her achieve project success with minimal operational downtime for her projects. In addition, Claire leads the firm’s Marketing and Branding Committee where she exudes the firm’s brand, energy, and culture while maintaining client relationships and successfully managing projects. Claire is an active member of NAIOP, serving on the Developing Leaders Committee. She earned a Master of Landscape Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, both from Auburn University.
